Published and distributed by Bob Petley, Phoenix, Arizona.  Unused.  Reverse of the postcard bears the wording "Impulsive early-day citizens were sometimes over anxious in dealing out justice.  George Johnson evidently was a victim of one of their costly mistakes."  0915
